Ring Guide Rails
Rihoo Ring Guide Rails for RHEV Series are made from high quality steel with a hardened external V surface to provide bearings on extremely durable running. We also can provide a gear drive option with MOD 4 standard teeth for your ring slides. Other teeth sizes are available on request.
For the holes, one is standard that suit hex socket screws, and the other is tapped hole to bolt the ring guide rings from bottom.
Ring guide rails are in 3 precision grades, SS ( Stainless Steel ), P1 & P2. All grades are ground on the 90° V faces and internal register. P1 is also ground on the mounting face. The SS is ground on all surfaces. Spacers will be used when mounting on a flat surface.
